Excellent location, very friendly staff. Loved the room and bath. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I love how spacious this property was ans how it was dog friendly. It also operates as a café which is perfect to take a break. The room was clean and the area was perfect location.

Comfort of room was great. Perfect location for transit, shopping, places to eat.

We stayed for 4 nights in 3 rooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in all rooms. We informed the front desk, and the staff said they would arrange for someone to check it, but it was never fixed during our stay. Two of the rooms were extremely hot, while the third room was too cold due to a gap in the window that could not be properly closed. Although the building looks new from the outside, the interior is quite outdated. The room facilities appear old, and the mattresses are very hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Excellent location, just a few minute walk to Metro and JR stations. Room size okay and the bathroom size is unexpected spacious. The only disappointment was leaving luggage in the hotel after check out incurred extra cost, though trivial 500 yen for 2 pieces.

clean room, good bathing amenities , warm hospitality and excellent location

What an incredible location—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and right next to a huge park with everything you could want: coffee, restaurants, a zoo, a beer garden, open lawns for play, and more. We especially loved the nearby restaurant “Mothers,” which was perfect for the kids and had an amazing selection of breads and soups. The hotel served coffee at 9:30am, which was a nice touch (though an earlier option would’ve been even better). They also have tasty ice cream options. The room was perfect for our family, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the bunk beds. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location, very close to Tennoji station, is ideal for travellers taking the Haruka express train to/from KIX airport or intercity trains around the Kansai region. Two subway lines also run through the station, and tourist areas like Dotonbori are just a few stops away. There is also a large park close by.

Great location, friendly staff with a super cute dog! Lovely air conditioned room, very well kept and tidy😌

I enjoyed my four-night stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was nice and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
