I was pleased to see a very spacious room with good in-room amenities. The hotel for us was important as for it's location being close to a direct train to the Osaka International airport. Overall we enjoyed the stay at Smile Hotel Osaka Tennoji as it was in a quiet location and with good metro connection.

Rooms are clean and modern but definately small for family of 3. Simply, there is not enough space to walk around without bumping into each other or even keep your luggage without stepping on it. Bathroom is tiny as well and I had to walk sideway to get to the bathtub. May be good for single traveller.

The staff were great. The room was bigger than expected. The bed was a bit hard/uncomfortable but overall really enjoyed the onsen and the closeness of family mart, a few local restaurants and dominos. It’s also 800m walk to station and around 1km to the zoo.
