US$280 per night. Terrible room and service so bad the experience. Check-in took half an hour as they did not find Expedia records. GM came back and got this done. Room was not as what was reserved, twin bed. Was changed to a one bed room. No place to put my luggage. Moved two small bed side tables to aisle close to door. Squeezed myself to get out the room. Extremely small the toilet and bath room (shower for one person to stand inside). The room was not clean at all, very dirty. Tooth paste tube was found damaged after the cap was open. Gosh, 30+ years traveling I have never experienced this. The next day walked back to hotel at 12:15 and was locked out not able to get into my room to fetch luggage to check out. Out told all hotels lock the door at 12pm at checkout date. Obviously Expedia, other than the hotel, as a leading brand is the industry is also responsible for this terrible, unpleasant and vacation-killing experience. Why hotel has not records? Integration between Expedia and gore is a key.

Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional stay! The front desk check-in was incredibly efficient—perfect after a long flight. Staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. The location is unbeatable for business meetings. My go-to hotel from now on. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Bund and is close to the Sichuan North Road subway station, making it convenient to visit attractions such as Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Oriental Pearl Tower. Whether you want to take a stroll and enjoy the river view or take the subway to visit attractions, it saves time and effort.

I stayed at the North Bund Hotel, which has a simple yet beautiful lobby with some modern design elements. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Bund, and there are robots delivering takeout, which is very convenient. The breakfast options are diverse, and the environment is great. It's worth recommending. The room facilities are all very new, and the front desk staff at Yyu Hotel are very friendly and attentive. The location is great, not far from People's Square, making dining and shopping very convenient. The facilities and equipment are well-equipped. The location is easy to find, and the transportation is convenient, with parking available. The front desk service is very warm and attentive.

I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is indeed quite good. The front desk staff, Xiao Wu, is very efficient and got the check-in done in just a few clicks. The room is clean, bright, and hygienic, very comfortable. The cleaning lady even wrote a small note reminding me of the temperature drop tomorrow, which is a thoughtful detail from her. It's really commendable. Such excellent and thoughtful services and small details can really impress a detail-oriented person like me. I have already saved it, and for future business trips to Shanghai, this hotel will definitely be my first choice
