The hotel has a magnificent location. It is very well maintained, very clean. The food is very good and varied. The roof top bar great, the pool is great. And what is really worth mentioning: the staff is amazing, well trained, kind, patient and willing to help you with whatever you need. I really liked this hotel and will for sure recommend it.

The hotel is a great location in the Bund, the roof top bar has one of the better views in the city, our only complaint was the rooms are extremely dimly lit including the bathroom which made it nearly impossible to do my skip. Our room had an unusual layout in that the TV was in front of the window with the main view of the river and the city.

Great location for seeing the city. Beautiful view of the city and river. Restaurant was very nice and great, attentive staff. The room and bathroom were very well set up and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

some rooms had no AC. The decor was somehow weird and the quality of breakfast was not great. But the location was fantastic and the view was the best highlight of this hotel.

The most amazing thing about this hotel is the view. It’s absolutely stunning. I booked a standard river view but got upgraded to an executive suite, it really was a special one. It’s right next to the Pujiang River, unlike most other river front hotels that have a main road between them, this one is literally at the river side walking path and the river cruise dock. This is unique and unbeatable. Walking distance to Yu Garden (around 15 mins) and the view from your window is really amazing. The service was a bit hit and miss. No bell boy when we arrived (8pm) and I had to take the luggage trolley myself to the taxi, loaded my luggage and pull it to the lobby. But they had no problem when I asked for a later check out, so that was good. Amenities in the room needed a bit TLC to meet the five stars standard. Overall it was a present stay.

The hotel is walkable to the Yuyuan garden and the Bund. It has a rooftop bar which has an amazing view of the Shanghai skyline. Among all the staff, Ms Lulu has stood out the most. She was helpful and accommodating to our inquiries and concerns. Staff like her can really make a difference in a guest stay experience.

The staff can be more polite. There is no single smile to be seen on their faces. When I don’t speak in Chinese they get annoyed and act as if I am a nuisance

Check-in staff and Concierge were attentive and responsive to inquiries. Special shout out to Chris who helpes us with late check out arrangements.

Love the river view room. The front desk guy was not very friendly. He answered my questions by asking questions back to me. Quite arrogant!

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, the views were amazing, and it was the right place to stay.
