Photos tell a whole story… The hotel itself has an unwelcoming atmosphere, the staff were okay, but the rooms… let me tell you when I say centipedes alive and dead everywhere, hair all over the washroom, unclean seats, the floors were stained with what looked and smelt like piss. The best part? Once I mentioned all these issues, they offered me a discounted next stay lol. I’d much rather a refund from this atrocious “inn”. In no way shape or form should they be hosting the public or offering unclean rooms not to mention unhygienic rooms to people. To sum it up I’d give this Inn a 1/10 the 1 is only because the front desk handed my husband and I both a bottle of water upon check in, probably because they knew what they were sending us into. Moving on, I would NOT recommend this play, stay as far as you can. I bet I’ll be dealing with bedbugs in the next week or two. Thanks Dragon Gate Inn for absolutely NOTHING. Send me my refund now. Thanks.

The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The property has parking for a fee, that was very helpful since there is no street parking in the area. The hotel is basic nothing fancy, but its location is excellent. Close to public transportation and walking distance to many areas of the city. There were lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

We have stayed before and had a much better experience. We were in a high traffic area with a small room. The TV does not work at all. They said they didn't have cable, fair enough, we were there to hang out in the room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work so the smoke detector would go off after you showered if you didn't swing the door enough times. The staff is nice although not always extremely helpful. I think they can only do so much with what they have to work with. The location is really good which makes it very appealing. The rooms could use more upkeep. Although the room had a kitchenette, it didn't have much to work with. Had to purchase plates and utensils, dish soap and clothes, . Again not the end of the world just last time those things were in the room we stayed. It's a crap shoot as to if you get a good room I guess. The price is reasonable for what you pay.

Cute little inn, the door can be hard to unlock with the key but the AC was great at the room was beautiful!

It was perfect for what I wanted in a great location I was very happy and would stay there again. Very good value for money.

Nous avions demandé une chambre avec vue sur l’extérieur, mais notre demande n’a pas été prise en considération. La chambre qu’on nous a attribuée était très sale : pleine de poussière, le plancher était sale, et de l’eau coulait du toit dès qu’on ouvrait la porte de la chambre. Le stationnement est très petit, ce qui oblige à faire beaucoup de manœuvres pour se garer. En plus de tout cela, on nous a demandé un dépôt de sécurité de 200 $. Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. Une expérience que nous ne répéterons jamais.

Nice place. Stayed on bottom apartment off the garden area. Things in the room could be better maintained but good experience overall.
