少しがっかり No Netflix option on TV. Our shower wouldn’t turn off so it ran all night. I asked for a room change but had nothing available. We spoke to the morning clerk about the shower and they noticed the note to file and said anything we had from the mini bar was comped. So our stay was awful, but we had free pringles. I wish we knew before checkout mini bar options were on the house.
The communication between staff was poor.
Good bed though, but not enough pillows.
And the location must have been right between a drag strip and construction yard.

最高 It was great having a suite for my 5-night stay in Toronto. So the rooms are spacious, the hotel is conveniently located to Union Station and the heart of Downtown. While there are only two elevator banks servicing the hotel, you really didn’t have to wait long for one. The staff was great, too. I would stay here again without hesitation.
