最高 Amazing hotel! Super central location, walking distance to everything. Amazing to have a pool to lounge at. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options. I had the single room which was small but perfect for one person.

最高 Beautiful classic building. I got the economy room, which was small but had everything I needed and the air conditioning was good. The courtyard garden with pool is such a gem in Florence. Breakfast was also very good. An easy walk to all the Florence sites but not in the packed tourist zone. Perfect!!

Stayed in the Junior Suite for four nights as a celebration for a special event. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Spotlessly clean hotel with gorgeous period details. The bathroom was very small and although clean and functional, was a mild disappointment with the luxury of the room. Staff were helpful and friendly and non-intrusive, and the pool was a beautiful space to cool off after a morning of sightseeing in the heat. Lovely gardens. Great location, easily walkable to Old Town in 10 mins. Handy supermarket next door. It was a surprise that we were initially charged for the water in the mini-bar as no signage seen of the cost and staying in a suite I had not expected this, but this was waivered when I queried it. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Overall we had an incredible stay and will return!

Really beautiful building with a lovely outside seating area for breakfast and gluten free options. Even though we were only a 10 minute walk from the centre, it felt really secluded and quiet here (best of both worlds we felt!). Staff all really friendly too!

Perfect stay! Very intimate feeling of being at home away from home.
