Beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Amsterdam. The room was clean and included everything we needed. The location was fantastic, close to public transport, easy to walk to most areas of Amsterdam and lots of lovely restaurants and bars within 2 minutes. The staff were great, really easy to check in and incredibly helpful. I especially want to thank the lovely woman who helped my partner call an ambulance when our friend had a diabetes episode. She stayed after her shift ended to make sure everything was okay, we really appreciated your help and compassion! Will definitely be back!

Good value clean hotel nice location

Was a fine place to stay for a night or two. No window in the room I stayed in (which I thought there would be). Small building with a lift with a metal grate, so heard people wheeling their luggage on it at 3 AM. Close to museums and lots of shops. Reasonable priced.

When you arrive you have to send a WhatsApp message using a QR-code. You will then get your room number. In our case it was on 4th floor. We had to take the stairs to 4th floor, (Elevator out of order) only to receive a code for a safe on ground floor, where your keycards are stored.!!! Stairs down to ground, stairs back to 4th floor. Only to find out that the keycards didn’t work !!!! The person on the phone then sent me a link, I could use to unlock the room. Be aware that if you arrive by car after 22.00, you will have to walk quite far, as all roads close to the hotel are closed with barriers. Room was booked with City-view .. The roofs of the city could be seen, when looking over a lot of ventilation and a neighbouring terrace.

Great spot

Location was incredible, so close to everything and near such a lively spot. Staff was so helpful and friendly. The room itself was small but to be expected. Well taken care of and very clean inside. Would absolutely stay here again

The room was excellent and the staff was super nice! The location was great my friend and I were able to travel throughout the city super easily it was a great central location. We had an amazing time in Amsterdam and the staff was super helpful with guidance. My one complaint was that our main light in our room wouldn't shut off at night if we wanted to keep the power on to charge our phones. Everything else was great and the cleaning staff kept everything super clean and tidy.

Pro- Staff (especially Laura) very, very friendly and help out with anything you need, rooms clean, location fabulous. There's also a clothes wash place around the corner that you can drop off your clothes and get them back the same day. Very reasonable and friendly. Con- Older building so a little outdated (but clean). They had an elevator but didn't work when we were there and had to walk up 5 flights. I know management is trying very hard to make the elevator work better and will help bring up your bags. May be fixed by now. No real lobby. Check in at the cafe during day hours. I would definitely recommend. The pros outweigh the cons.
