Everything amazing! It’s just that on the day we stay they actually repairing the pool. So our purpose of stay is useless. But it was all good otherwise. I wish it was mention so we can cancel our stay

The night we came back to our room, it smelled terribly. My husband said it came from the floor drain in the bathroom. After we complained to the manager about it, right there and then they moved us to a new room. That was swift and we were really impressed by this gesture. You guys were amazing. We will definitely come back if there is going to be another event in our family.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was so friendly and so very helpful during our 4 day 3 night stay. The location was great since The Connor is connected to GH Mall.
The only downside we experienced was there was a smell when we walked in our room, but once we were in the room, we would get use to the smell. But that issue was so minimal. Our family will definitely stay there again on our next visit back.

Room quiet and ok but some smell in toilet maybe due to drainage system. The items getting run down first although still quite new. Hope hotel can continue to upkeep the staff well.
