The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. The location is also great as it is inside the mall. However, multiple electrical outlets didn't work and the toilet didn't always work. Nevertheless, I would still recommend if you need a clean and well located hotel to stay while in Quezon City

Our stay for 12 days was home away from home. The room was fresh and clean. Staff were all friendly, and helpful. The hotel has access to shopping mall, chapel, playground for kids.

Our home away from home for 12 days. It was a very nice experience staying in this hotel. First and foremost, the room smell fresh and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel had access to the mall, grocery and chapel so it is very convenient.

The hotel has a direct access to the mall which is very convenient. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunate for me that the water pipe repairs happened during my stay, I'd still wouldn't mind coming back again.

とても良い Excellent location; one suggestion would be to be responsive to messages sent via chat or text, or to ensure there will be a staff member to answer phone calls at any time. It would be good to get timely responses from hotel staff when guests use the chat or messaging feature on this platform, as most hotel guests staying at your property are likely from outside the Philippines.

convenient location with an outstanding staff in all departments.
The hotel bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Regrout and get rid of hard water lime deposits on glass shower stall.
Bathroom amenities are sparse. Need upgrades.
Otherwise, all good.
