Always find it difficult to find a hotel in London with one room 4 beds for travel with my teenage/adult children. Great location and cost and the air conditioning was amazing given the current temperatures

The four people room was underground, when opening the window in the room outside of it was a building site, due to the hot weather in London the air con didn’t work properly and when opening the window we were not getting air, a lot of dust came into the room due to work being done outside the room which has left us unwell and sick from staying in this room due to the dust getting into the room when opening the window to try get a bit of air circulation in the room

Great hotel in a fantastic location. No issues whatsoever.

Well planned rooms with everything you need, tight but good flow management. Aircon was poor but breakfast was good and very efficiently managed. Location is tops and reasonable rates.

Great staff

Location is prime! Hotel, room are clean and bathroom is sparkling! Wifi is spotty This is NOT hotel’s fault but I wish there was washing machine coz laundry is a scam in london.

Extremely helpful staff and great amenities and location!
