Its cool and easy to book here

Rooms are filthy and infested with cockroaches. Shower leaks all over the place and faucet are not installed properly and have to hold to make it work with both hands. Sheets and pillow case seem to be used from previous guests.

It was everything I expected as a budget hotel. I would stay here again.

Property was as described and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. The check in was easy. Overall was excellent for a budget hotel. We used it for my wifes family to visit Manilla. We had the room that sleeps 10 and it worked out great.

It was clean and price is reasonable.

If you're looking for a decent budget hotel in the area, this is the one. Check-in was easy. Staff were accommodating. Room and bathroom were both spacious. Air conditioner worked. Didn't see any bugs. Bed was comfortable. Got a solid night of sleep.

I stayed here with 2 of my friends for an overnight get together. The room was basic as it has no television but the air condition is really cool. The blankets though are thin so either I recommend you to bring a thick one if you prefer a cool room temperature. There are also no toiletries available even tissue roll so don't forget to bring some. There's also no heater in the shower and the clip where you can hang your bidet is missing / not available so you'll tend to just place it at the sink or at the floor / side of the toilet bowl. There's also no wifi connection in the room so be sure to bring gadgets and downloaded contents you can watch. Otherwise, go outside the area to eat since there are lots of restaurant around.

the comfort room is really bad - smell - water - shower is not working

Didn't fulfill the book room. Surprised to see the room for 8 instead of 2.
