Affordable and very clean and friednly staff

If you book and stay in this sort of hotel, be prepare that there are no toilet amenities such as tooth brush, tooth paste, cotton buds, comb shower hair cover, not even a pair of disposable slippers or bottle of clean water in the room. If you want them, you must buy at the front desk. Not all the items are available also. Should you wish to go out to the nearest 24 hours fast food restaurant or convenience store , we may have to walk about 400m to 800 m, single direction and back. There are no proper eating restaurants or convenient store. The hotel nearest fast food restaurant , Jollibee was closed down. This hotel is only suitable for backpackers not for family or business travellers. Also, their front staff cannot speak english or cannot understand english well. They seems to be hired from the provincial outskirt cities or not trained with English spoken language. This caused alot of frustration and impatience to speak to them to ask for information or help.

Everything was okay although I had some initial problems with one of the receptionist who I have found rude

Rooms are clean. Staff are courteous. Shops nearby. AC is not that cold.

Excellent hotel with clean and modern rooms within walking distance of SM Megamall and Shanghai-La Plaza. Toilet was spotless. Helpful staff. Highly recommended for the budget-conscious traveller who values comfort and cleanliness

We always stay here as our base to go to Antipolo. It’s only an hour away from this hotel and via Grab to Antipolo it will be faster and convenient.

The staff were very presentable and efficient. They’re very helpful and they have great customer service.
