Friendly staff. Old hotel that needs lots of upgrades. It was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but truly a 3-star or 2.5 star. Restaurant quality is poor for lunch or dinner, very sad place. Dirty room, got an upgraded room after complaining, but the rest of the hotel was not a comfirtable stay. I really wanted to cancel my reservation, as this was a special trip from America investing time and money for a low quality experience.

The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Condition of hotel is ok, needs updating. Water for shower etc is fabulous... good pressure. Clean and neat... because I have a problem with walking...Old town is about 10-14 minutes walk

WiFi was weak. Restaurant excellent. Pool average.

I double booked and did not stay at this hotel because the other hotel is cleaner and newer but I checked the room and it's okay. What I remember is entering the hotel lobby, there's unpleasant smell. They have a spa and restaurant inside the hotel.

For a four star hotel very disappointing. Intermittent internet, no hot water for shower in the morning, room was very tired looking, the only plus point was we only booked for one night.

The hotel is old but very well kept. The room was large and comfortable. It had a tub and in room safe and fridge. The pool is big and quiet. There is not much to do near the hotel. There are a couple of museums close by and dining places and a few massage places. The breakfast was great and dinner was good. As in most restaurants in Thailand, don't expect your meals to come to the table at the same time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A decent hotel but very dated (very 90s look and feel). Located very conveniently next to the airport bus stop.
