There was no maid service so the garbage piled up over several days. But otherwise it was a nice room in a good location.

Baan 125 is a lovely little apartment style stay with a kitchen and little living room. The decor is gorgeous and well-appointed. The location was great, within walking distance from lots of local food and shops. However, the bed was terrible. It was basically a one inch cushion on top of a hard board. In addition, the check in process was difficult, as there is no reception desk and we had to message the management company to check us in electronically. The cafe downstairs from the cafe was super accommodating and helpful when we had questions or needed help.

This is a beautiful room in a great location. But do not expect any staff support if you need it. On one day of our stay, the cleaners missed our room and left us in a situation with no drinking water or toilet paper. Management refused to do anything about this, saying the cleaning staff would be back next day. Which they were. But surely delivery of a roll of toilet paper in a timely manner in not beyond the capacity of those in charge?

Very nice apartment, quiet, clean and a perfect location

The room is large like an apartment with nice amenities. Guests as semi-autonomous so you live a little like a local with their own place. The hotel is quiet. The Autumn room has a beautiful terrace and you don’t hear too much of the street sounds below. It’s in a great neighborhood with a lively street life filled with delicious restaurants and fun shops. It’s very central and very walkable. Staff was kind and the complimentary beverage in their quaint cafe and shop is highly appreciated since the drinks are super well made. You can gel that it’s a creative management with crafts and shop items that are distinctive from the tourist shops. Get yourself a nice souvenir at BAAN125 Stay and Hang. Thank you for a lovely time in Phuket.

The location is excellent for Old Phuket Town. The staff are excellent and the accomadations were superb. The only thing I would add, is to be sure to be aware of the 1 to 2 flights of stairs. They can be difficult with bags.

We stayed 4 nights in the summer room, loved everything about the place, very close to food shops & entertainment, the accommodation has a lovely cafe downstairs with even more beautiful staff. Very spacious rooms equipped with everything you may need. Definitely recommend this place.

We were just booking an overnight stay on our trip for valentines day. The room was a really interesting room in a great area. We had been in this area the year before because of its cool atmosphere. Back to the room. It was upstairs of a great coffee shop. Very nicely maintained and like living in a very comfortable apartment. Great wood floors and well decorated. As we were travelling on valentines day the host had very nicely placed a rose of the table. A very considerate thoughtful touch that was greatly. Appreciated by the wife. It was just a really nice place in a cool neighbourhood, i wish we had planned the trip to stay there longer.
