Convenient , close to airport and shuttle worked well.

This hotel is being renovated. The first night we were in a beautifully renovated room. 5 Stars!!! But they moved us to the wing that has not yet been renovated for our next two nights and that room was a solid 2 Stars. Dirty toilet, light bulbs missing, old carpet, old dirty furniture and the smell that goes with older rooms. We paid more (almost double) for our second two nights but they insisted that we had booked the older room. The lobby and restaurant areas were great. Lots of open space, nicely decorated and friendly staff. We will definitely try this hotel again when they have completed their renovations!

It’s a nice hotel. It appears they are doing some renovations. Our room was not very clean. We had to request the linens be changed. I also had to wipe down the bathroom. Disappointed as the hotel seems very nice. Close to the airport and a shuttle provided which was very nice. The buffet breakfast was great.

Our room had not been cleaned as it should, bathroom was full of hairs all over. I asked for a change of room, but the person at the front desk was very rude; a minute after I had the attention of another person and she was very kind and apologized to me. We changed the room. It was not very clean also, but was ok. The hotel has a nice restaurant.

The place was great but the elevator was broken for the night I was there and I had to bring downstairs my 60lbs bag from the 4the floor from the service stairs. I asked for some kind of help from the stuff and they were not really helpful and just gave me a lot of excuses. For the rest the hotel is just perfect if you need to be close to the airport and breakfast is amazing.

The property was clean, well maintained and convenient. The shower was very nice. There were only two concerns: the website mentioned an easy walk to aeroville, but the directions given by front desk staff were not clear and we had to try several times to find the route. At check in we asked about the shuttle to the airport and were told no reservations needed. When we arrived 15 minutes early there were people already waiting and the small shuttle didn’t accommodate everyone. We were unwilling to wait a half hour for the next shuttle so had to call an uber. The shuttle was the reason we chose the hotel. Either a reservation system or a larger van would make your customers want to recommend this hotel.
