Rooms had trim falling off with nails sticking out. Shower had rust. Staff didn’t seem to be interested with in anything we needed. I went down to ask for towels and they said they would be provided when room was cleaned. I said “ I need them now”. He was very inconvenienced to go get them

Bon accueil, chambre bien isolée en termes acoustique et thermique. Buffet petit déjeuner bien garni. Petit bémol sur la literie notamment sur les oreillers ( mais qui conviendra peut-être a d'autres) Sinon belle situation pratique vis a vis aéroport et parc expo. Nous recommandons

Hotel is in rough shape. There is a need for upgrade and repairs. Paint would go a long way. Having said that, it was clean enough which is always the most important thing to me.

Si vous voulez avoir l'impression de dormir et vivre avec vos voisins de chambre, faites vous plaisir cet endroit est parfait. Par malchance et là l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, nous sommes retombés sur des voisins bruyants et sans la moindre éducation et respect. Nuit horrible personne à la réception pour gérer ce problème, nous avons dû intervenir nous même avec un résultat mitigé (on ne peut pas en mettre là où il n'y en a pas). Aussi, fermeture du restaurant annoncé à 22h30, refus de servir dès 22h. Bref expérience à ne pas renouveler

When booking the hotel the breakfast was included when I did the booking. When we checked in the reception told us that for Breakfast we have to pay 14 euros per person. Please look into this and we need some credit as this was not disclosed when booking the hotel. Thanks Nilesh

Facilities where poor

I recently stayed at Hôtel Inn Paris CDG Airport and would like to formally raise several concerns regarding my experience. Despite requesting twin beds in advance, the room was not prepared accordingly upon arrival, and I was required to separate the beds myself. This oversight was inconvenient and did not meet expected service standards. There was also an issue with the availability of towels. When I inquired at the front desk, I was advised to use only one towel for my entire stay and to bathe using my hands. This response was inappropriate and did not align with basic hospitality expectations. Additionally, the quality and variety of the food offerings were below standard, which further detracted from the overall experience. I trust that these matters will be reviewed and addressed to ensure improved service for future guests.

Last minute booking due to cancelled flight. Price extortionate for 1 night (10.5 hr stay, 00:30-11:00) and did not include breakfast. Paper cups for tea/coffee with no tea spoon. Empty shower gel and no do not disturb sign, hence being knocked up twice to clean our room @08:00 & 08:30. Room not soundproofed and could hear everything from next room. However the bed was very comfy.

Great location, clean room, just had a funny smell…cleaners knocking on the door @8am was super annoying when check out was 11!
