Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was beyond great, and very kind. The King room looked just like the pictures. My only complaint is the specific room I was in felt like that room hadn’t been used in a while. It smelled a bit stuffy or old. The bathroom sink also had a little mold and some kind of tiny white bugs coming out of the back part. With it being a luxury property, I was a little surprised by this, but every property has its moments. Hopefully next time I visit the room accommodation will different.
Overall though, the room was HUGE with the king size bed; great location; great staff; city and airport bus stop right in front of the property. I will be back to Seoul soon, and will definitely be back to this property. They made me feel very welcomed🤗

The buffet breakfast caters for western, Korean, Chinese and Japanese palates and is high quality. The high tea is a fun experience in grand English antique surrrounds. Pool looks like it could use an upgrade. Single sex hot baths an unexpected bonus. Overall a luxurious stay in a convenient location.
