We arrived in Rome as a family of four, with two hungry children. We were a bit late due to a hassle with our airport baggage. However, the front desk staff was incredibly patient and kind. The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps away from a metro A station and the iconic Spanish Steps. Although we ended up staying in two different rooms (I’m a tired dad and made a reservation mistake), the hotel was incredibly accommodating. Both rooms were very clean, and overall, it was an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be returning to Pierret.

This is not a commercial hotel, it’s more like a B&B or rooming house. The room was lovely with a private bathroom including a rainfall shower and bidet. Very historic building literally RIGHT in the Square by the Spanish Steps. Very convenient location.

最高 We had a great stay at this hotel! It was convenient taking the train station from the airport and you’re right there at the front steps of the hotel. They were accommodating and really nice! The hotel was so clean and smelled so good.
