This hotel is on the third floor of a mixed residential/hotel building. The small elevator is for the whole building but very useful. The key opens a door to the courtyard, then the door to the hotel and then the door to your room. One key for everything. There are only a handful of rooms. The space is very clean and our room (luxury suite for 3) was very spacious as was the bathroom. Everything was clean. My only minor complaint is that you had to ask for things such as replacement toilet paper or remind them not to turn off the air conditioner after you left. It was very hot in Rome those days and we came back to a very hot room. Another day we came back to the room with the windows open. It had rained that day and the room was full of mosquitoes. It was just things like that. But the room was large and asking to rectify these things was not a problem. This hotel is just outside of the Piazza del Popolo and just a 5 minute walk from Via del Corso with good shopping. It was about a 30 minute walk to get to the city center.

Great location for tourism. Very clean and very friendly

Close to piazza del popolo and the Flaminio metro. So much to do within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Would recommend.

The only disappointment was breakfast, everything about the room and staff was top value.

The room was clean and perfectly located. We were within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. Once we came back before our room was done being cleaned and gentleman at the front desk made me an amazing espresso while we waited. My only negative is there was no A/C and often in the evenings after we took showers the room would be warm and humid which lead to poor sleep.

The area is noisy with car traffic

The room was like the picture and the location was excellent. It’s right in the heart of the areas you want to walk to in Rome. The men at the desk were extremely nice, helpful, accommodating, I would’ve liked to have had complimentary water bottles, in the room. The man at the desk even gave us bags to go, do our laundry and fold it and put them in the bags which I thought was very nice. You can go anywhere you want outside this little third story apartment room to eat breakfast or dinner as it is close to everything. It does have an old-fashioned lift to get to the third floor, which you could not fit a wheelchair in and for elderly people I don’t think the stairs going all the way up to the third floor would be easy for them to climb. We are young so it wasn’t hard for us to jump into the small old-fashioned lift or climb all the stairs to the third floor. It’s reasonably priced about $200 less a night than the Marriott so if you’re looking for a reasonable clean hotel room very close to the center of room and all the restaurants this is the one for you. Excellent location great service.

The room that we occupied was too hot even after we addressed and attended by the staff. Staff are not too friendly or accommodating.
