Clean, quiet, nice to have the larger space and full kitchen. Good location for walking and quieter than being across the river, great view.

This is a must, away from hustle, great near nightlife, amazing rooms with views

The location is perfect. There’s a bus stop just outside the door. There are a lot of great restaurants behind the building. The place is very charming with a nice view of the river. Bonus is having access to laundry and free drinking water. I highly recommend this place.

The shower drain was clogged and I spent an hour cleaning up the water that went into the bedroom. I messages the hotel and never received a response. The location was great

Lovely place. Easy check in process. Had a benefit of laundry facilities that were free to use and a water refill station. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment. Kitchen had 2 hot plates and there was a microwave. Lovely outdoor private areas, although the weather meant we weren’t able to get the full benefit from them. A couple of things to note for this apartment. There is a lift to the second floor. On entering the apartment there is a bathroom on the ground floor, but you do need to go up a flight of stone steps to get the living area and the bedrooms. There is no way to block off the stairs so would not be suitable for toddlers. The 3 bedrooms are good sizes, but you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the next bedroom and then the master en-suite bedroom, but still useful to have the separate sleeping areas and very good value for money. Walkable to all of the main attractions.

Excellent location! Very clean, plenty of room, and comfortable for our family! We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and the on site laundry was very easy and convenient! We will definitely return!

Good location on other sidebp of river. The room was fantastic. What stopped thisrom being a 5 star review were minor service issues. We asked for more coffee pods and never got any. Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit. But the room was incredibly large, the terrace terrific and all in all a positive experience.

Was great spot Along the Arno so understand it’s a busy street with amazing views

Check in process was terrible. Some one is at the front desk until 2 pm. Can’t check in until 3. So no help. They left the keys to our room behind the reception desk but did not bother to tell me that. So after a few minutes of panic I found the envelope with my name on it. Anyone inside could have grabbed it. Not good. Besides that the apartment itself was great. Good location nice updated amenities.
