Really convenient location near the train station, and the staff were lovely. It’s nothing fancy - certainly well maintained but it has the quirks of an older building - but perfect for a quick stay in Florence!

Great place in Florence.
The fill is very local, all rooms and dining room on second floor.
Room was big with a king size bad which was surprising.
Bathroom was a little small but OK.
Breakfast was very good.
The lady that ran the place was very nice and gave us great tips what to see.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was good. The only thing was the shower was very small but we made do. The location is good from an accessibility standpoint , (walkable to everything, near bus/train), but it’s not the ‘prettiest’ neighborhood in Florence. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this place to others.

The location was great and near a tram to take you into the center which is also walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. The room was a little outdated but served its purpose. The bed was very spacious and comfortable and it was extremely quiet.

最高 We had a corner room at a busy intersection and were worried about the noise. Our room was so quiet at night, the window coverings blocked all the sound so we had great sleeps. Location is good, close enough to the touristy area to easily walk. Great little coffee shop across the street for your morning cappuccino. Clean and tidy. Elevator available which was great for our suitcases, but be warned it is hilariously slow. Would stay again.
