Where do I start. No hot water or even no water! Cockroaches in shower! Holes in sheets. No shelving for storage. WiFi non existent. Extremely noisy, however it is near a main road with lots of drunken & drug infused people! We were informed breakfast started at 10.00 am, however at 10.15 nothing was open! We were booked in for 3 nights but informed staff we were leaving the next morning. Staff rang manager who promised a 2 night refund once her marketing staff opened the email from Expedia. Expedia extremely helpful but nothing forthcoming money wise from hotel. Make your own opinion of this hotel. It's more like a grubby hostel than an expensive hotel. Not value for money in any form

とても良い Great location if u like Nani rd beds could of been alittle better and could use alittle updating but the staff was amazing treat u great and keep things clean and supplied
