First stay at Citadines Benavidez Makati and was pleasantly surprised with the complete room amenities. The washer/dryer combo machine was excellent! Some concerns during my stay: First issue is the access to their WiFi. Only one gadget can connect. I reported this issue to guest services. Second issue, long wait time before guest services pickup the phone. Third, no air conditioning in the floor after getting out of the elevator.

This was a spectacular stay. Can’t wait to return again!

It was an excellent stay. Didn’t expect with fully furnished and I did like it. I sleep and rest peacefully. Room are clean and staff are kind, nice and polite.

Overall, I had a good stay. The only real issue was an electrical panel near the entrance of the room that made a constant buzzing noise. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they would have someone check it, but it was never resolved. Since I was only staying for a few days, I didn't pursue it further. The room also included a kitchen, which I never used. Personally, I found the sleeping area a bit cramped, with a low ceiling around the bed that made the space feel smaller than I prefer. Because of that, I probably wouldn't choose this room again, but my overall experience was still positive.

On the whole, I loved the staff and the facility. Couple of things could be done better. Stop advertising complimentary 1st day breakfast as you don’t get it unless you prepay for breakfast and pay extra on Expedia! How is it complimentary when I pay for it? If you do not prepay on expedia, staff refuses to honor complimentary breakfast! Ridiculous! Second found the mattress very firm, which I liked initially but by day 3 started getting backpain. Hotel did share they will get me a mattress topper to make it softer but left by the

I loved everything. They clean the rooms very well, they are attentive and kind, and very respectful and appreciative of their customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back now when I am in Manila.

Amazing staff,good breakfast really nice hotel and central location. Rooftop pool is a bonus and rooms are nice and clean. Good value as well.
