It’s our second time booking here and it’s a real treat to have it just a short taxi away from the airport. There’s plenty of options to choose from for food and coffee too!

Nice location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Stayed here a couple times.

Incredibly good value for money. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Gym was relatively nice and in an open sunlit 2-story space. The attached restaurant is worthwhile for lunch or dinner and breakfast was 👍

Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences is a basic hotel in a central location. Place is clean but furnishings are dated and need replacing. The bedsheets are clean but shows age with yellowed white hues. Bed is comfy enough. Glass balcony doors do a very poor job of insulating the room from outside noise..Rooms are spacious. The bathroom rainshower has really excellent water pressure and seemingly unlimited heated water. Staff are friendly enough and are very meticulous with safety. There are lots of small shops and restaurants around that allows for authemtic local experiences.

We often stay at Picasso Suites and are never disappointed. All staff are friendly, courteous, and accommodating and maintain a professional and personal approach in all interactions. The choice of restaurants in Pablo and Cartel offer excellent service, freshly prepared food, consistently amazing coffee and all at a reasonable price. They are also on Michellin 2026 charter. Whether you are after freshly baked croissants, typical Filipino fare or Western cuisine, the quality of the meals and pairing with freshly hand prepared salads are delicious. The rooms are a great size, offer hot showers with great water pressure, with comfortable beds, quality linen and smart tv to allow you to log in to your choice of streaming service. If you are there over a weekend, the Picasso Suites is less than 50m walk to Salcedo Weekend Markets which is also a treat. There are many other great food choices in walking distance, and transport to and from major malls is easy with Grab drivers able to pick up and drop you to the front door. The room was super clean thanks to RC. She was very attentive. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was great. I love the restaurant. The food was delicious and plenty. The entire experience was amazing.
