I think the only "family" room they have is on the top floor on the far end. The absolute most climbing there is to get there ;-( On top of that, it sounds like the neighbors have a gymnastic school or something (or maybe just a bunch of rowdy kids) the noise went on and on, very often, during our 4 days. The rooms are ok, the noise level wasn't TOO bad, you can hear the bars down below, but not too bad. The location is good, 172 is filled with restaurants. The staff were all attentive and friendly! Nothing about this review has anything to do with them at all :-) Would we stay here again? Possibly, because of the good price and location.

La salle de bain n’est pas bien entretenu. Une odeur désagréable d’urine s’est dégagée durant tout le séjour rendant difficile son exploitation!

トイレが臭かった！

The hotel is old. No elevator and the hotel has four floors. It is located in an old area of town. It is about 3 blocks from the River, The Museum, and the Night Market. And 5 blocks from the Silver Pagoda. It is within easy walking to many restaurants and bars.

Good staff..

The hotel staff was really nice and even gave us a free upgrade. However, still only giving it 3 stars as the hotel is on a street with hostels, clubs and pubs meaning it is very loud and the rooms are not sounds proof at all. We stayed from Monday till Wednesday and didn’t close an eye. Also we paid for a room with AC. It did have an AC but it just doesn’t work at all. If you are a heavy sleeper and like to be close to everything of even if you like to go out yourself this place is great. But since we are light sleepers it wasn’t for us.

It was a first for me to have raw sewage flood the bathroom through the shower drain. What I enjoyed about the hotel was leaving.

The friendliest staff … the location is 2 blocks from the National Museum & the Royal Palace… everything is within walking distance .

The property is in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the Royal Palace and riverfront.

Great hotel,great staff great location, a lot of noise from traffic only downside
