Great value for the price. Do not expect premium hotel amenities. Very convenient, very helpful and friendly staff.

Front desk personnel are very helpful and friendly. This hotel is a good value for the location. Do not expect amenities as you would with a five star hotel like Soma Riverside or other premium hotels in Phnom Penh; but, Le Vincent is a great value for the price. I was in a room that faced the side of the building and the evening were very quiet, especially considering how close this hotel is to the nightlife. I will stay there again someday.

Overall I’d say this probably is worth staying at if you’re on a budget. A bit on the dodgy side but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I loved the quality and the style of the doorsLe Vincent is the Crown Jewel of the neighborhood, so any negative comments will apply to neighboring businesses:
a. Garbage dumpsters too close to entrance.
b. Samsung store gave poor service.
c. Some of the street vendors don't give clear information about pricing.
