Loud music and noise all night

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Bab Al Nojoum Bateen Liwa. The scenery was absolutely stunning and gave an unparalleled opportunity to relax and unwind in the vast landscape that is the desert. The staff was absolutely lovely, and May and Neo did a particularly amazing job at making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I cannot thank them enough for making this trip as enjoyable and relaxing as I could have imagined, and I commend the entire staff for the care and attention paid to the needs of each and every guest. Additionally, the hotel facilities and villas were new and extremely well maintained considering the difficulty of keeping facilities sand-free. I absolutely loved my stay at Bab Al Nojoum Bateen Liwa and hope to return again soon!

AMAZING STAY in the middle of the desert! Having a private villa with pool in such scenarios is really a dream. You can walk safely in the desert, enjoy related activities, and drive around to admire the incredible panorama of Moreeb Dune (please go to the small "local access" streets). We came with a rental car from Dubai and it was a very good choice, highway is very good and easy to drive. Obviously, wind will bring sand to the pool and apartment, but you can call the staff for a quick cleaning. I strongly recommend Bab Al Nojoum for everyone that wants to enjoy the desert at 360 degrees! I would stay at this hotel a thousands times in future to enjoy the desert vibes, but please find below some improvement advises for the hotel owner. Staff is very welcome but sometimes sounds a bit fake, would benefit from better training / social skills. Breakfast and dinner are good, but not excellent. Water bottles should be bigger (only 33cl...). Activities guidebook included in the half board rate plan, but most of them are for children or empty due to low occupancy in low season.

Unfortunately, I just checked out of bab al nojoum bateen liwa after a 2 night stay in villa #14. this is my 2nd time staying here and it's just as wonderful as the first time. Thank you bab al nojoum bateen liwa team.

What an amazing property!!! Such a cool location in the dunes. The staff was amazing and helpful during the entire stay. The food was good, the rooms with your own pool were great, and the views were even more incredible. We did a 30 mins dune buggy ride in a Polaris RZR which was sick! I highly recommend doing it. You get to drive! We only had a day on site, and wish we had booked 1-2 more days. I really wanted to swim in the main pool but didn't get a chance. Next time i'm in the UAE!

Everything was amazing from the moment we reached until we left. The staff team is excellent, I felt more like home. There was only one incident when we felt an inconvenience from the villa next door but the staff immediately acted and escalated the matter instantly. Needless to say, we were sad that we didn't extend our stay :)
