Awful place. ☹️ Why is this property even offered on Hotels.com? To begin with, the photos shown of the place are a complete lie. The location is in a dingy, gray multi story complex embedded in an old mini-mall block. The taxi driver handn’t even heard of it and had a hard time finding it. This is basically a Korean, self-service “love hotel”near the airport offering zero customer service, and virtually no in-house guest amenities. The one or two staff members are non-English speaking, rude, and respond with annoyance when asked for assistance giving exhausted travelers a hand. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra bucks to stay at a genuine hotel!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient for us because we used a luggage storage service in the building right next door. We didn’t realize how close it was until we arrived, and it made our trip so much easier. Another big advantage was the complimentary airport shuttle. It picks you up from Terminal 1 and takes you directly to the hotel, and it also provides transportation back to the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and everything worked well for our short stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Was not noisy unlike what I was concerned about. Good for long-term stay with a low budget. There is a large resort right behind the hotel, so it was an unexpectedly fun experience for hours.

Good value for your money

1. it is not happy BUT it can be acceptable, because it is not the main problem first furniture is old and damaged The appliance is so old rust and near the window some stainless top is very bad rust wood floor was very old and damaged all over 2.it is very important for sleep a day and it is not acceptable at all. dirty many spots and dust 3 person but 2 slipper but it was sticky The bedding sheet has a lot of stain(gross stain) and hair in bed ( I couldn't sleep since I found these) water stain on the sailing all over (worried mold inside) I couldn't believe they charged $112.00 for this room. I went front desk but no one there. I sent an email asking for an email address because I want to send a photo of what I'm talking about but I haven't heard anything yet. That day was my first day of family trip in Korea, but it made my family very bad.

Even though the parking was free, I got a bill of 38,000 when leaving and got stuck at the gate and had to go back in to the desk for them to zero out our bill

20 minutes shuttle bus drive to the hotel. Although it took us some time to figure out which bus and where to take. Room was spacious and clean. Although hotel is older, it had pretty much everything we needed except universal power plugs/ adapters. Air conditioner was quite loud. Newly renovated bathroom was appreciated. (shower only, no tub). Beds were comfortable enough, Asian style, firm. It was perfect for a 20 hour layover transiting to another country.

Airport shuttle comes to right by the hotel! Price is reasonable and good place to rest for a long layover ~

We are a family of four an stayed in one room to rest after a long flight before heading to Seoul. Hotel Hu was a short distance a free shuttle from the airport, kind service, and basic room amenities. It was near food and walking trails. It was a very nice stay.

Nice spacious room, robes, shower shoes, and slippers although you can tell the shower shoes and robes have been used before. Otherwise nice. There are a couple restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel so that’s nice. There’s a stove but no pots or pans.
