とても良いビジネス
This transit hotel is in departures and if you do NOT have a thru checkin then you will be in soup. I ended up at the airport midnight and at 1am got the boarding pass from a kiosk for a 4:50pm flight but couldn’t drop my checkin bag as the counters were closed. So it was a hassle to go thru security and throw away some stuff and finally made it. But once you are there you will enjoy. You can’t get out of course. But staff were amazing and flexible and give you 24 hrs checkout time. Clean place. Would definitely do it again if I have a thru checkin or if I don’t have checkin bags with me.

Everything is excellent except we had to walk from one terminal to another terminal. But staff is very helpful!!! Transferring to another terminal needs staff assistance that could be time consuming because only time available is in the evening.

少しがっかり We didn't get to use our room. It was an honest mistake booking that the hotel was airside. We had bags to collect and were not able to go back through security because we didn't have our next boarding passes for our next flight.
We asked for a refund so we could book another hotel but due to policy, we were unable to get a refund and no options were given to us that night so we had to book a hotel last minute outside the airport. Then, next day they gave us the option to book their sister property Darakhyu, outside security, for them to be able to give us a full refund. It was already too late and we were tired.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for! We got plenty of sleep on the comfortable bed and had a nice shower in the morning!

最高 Very convenient stay for an overnight layover at the airport. IT is important to know which terminal you are flying into and out of because it is nearly impossible to change terminals. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful!
