Large and comfortable rooms and very pleasant hosts.

Central location. Decent sized room. Quiet. Comfortable bed and good shower. Overall, good value for money.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy location.

We were given a very dark room at the rear, one window, very little light. Fine if you want a very quiet room. We requested to move to a room with more light. This was accepted and we were moved swiftly, very happy with this room. The rooms are spacious. They have a kitchenette and seperate bathroom, these are a little dated and tired, but pretty clean. Very convenient location in the city. Easy walking distance to shopping areas, parks, and water front. The staff were very nice.

Excellent location, exceptionally friendly staff!

Housekeeping could be improved through regular monitoring of shower wall mounted dispenser refills, toilet papers, and overall washroom cleanliness. Older building in downtown, but spacious room with kitchen facilities. Washer/dryer facility was useful.

Room was ok. But there is a lack of facilities though. No restaurant, no gym, not even a proper lobby, need to climb down stairs with our luggage to get to road level.
