Our

The breakfast was always good , both of my kids me loved the food . The room was very clean and even without daily cleaning service our towel and trash were taken out on our third day . We did have to leave a day early and went to the front just to see the check out process and told we were leaving a day early and wasn’t sure if I needed to let them know and immediately the woman at the front desk tells me ,”you can’t have a refund “ I told her that we had a family emergency and I was not inquiring about a refund nor was I worried about it . Such a difference from our check in . Our check was amazing as I had my youngest daughter who is autistic and 23 do the reservation and check in . She still needed some help but the girl at the front desk was very patient and allowing my daughter to take her time answering her questions so I definitely thank you for that . It definitely was busy there and the noise level was not something we enjoyed but overall it was a nice stay and would probably stay there again

The hotel is simple but efficient. Although the rooms seem to need need some TLC its not too bad. Honestly if you just need a place to sleep, store luggage and have a space then you're all good

We have a fantastic stay with my family. The room are cleaned and the staff are very polite in giving us information and providing help for all our needs.

Good value, base level amenities, friendly staff, decent breakfast. The family room upper bunk bed did not have safety railings, which means that one of our kids slept on the sofa. Other than that, the room was as advertised.

close to Disney and convention center

It was a surprise to see this little gem among the huge tall hotels. I would stay there again if we come back.

Clean environment but front desk didn't tell me I can use my room card key for the exit and payed 100$ for parking

We had a good amazing time, very clean very friendly customer service. The only thing was the breakfast not very much items to choose from for the free breakfast. One day we had biscuits and gravy. The gravy was very cold. There’s not even a microwave to heat up the gravy no sweet treats to go with the coffee that would’ve been nice. Besides that everything was perfect. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Parking is not free, $25 per night and share parking lot with Hyatt, Found so many little food flies from the sink. The rooms are right next to the parking lot, if people talk lound or lock their vehicles, you will definitely can hear, not a place where you can enjoy with family but convenience for walking around
