The staff was nice and helpful. Was allowed to check in early with a fee.

El cuarto está bien pero lo que no me gusto que no limpian el cuarto ni te ponen toallas ni papel ni vasos para el agua tienen cafetera pero solo la pura cafetera. Pregunte en recepción y me dijeron que tienes que hablar para que te pongan toallas y papel y que el cuarto lo limpian cada tercer dia

It was a good motel it was clean housekeeping staff was friendly was good but the person in the front was rude and too serious they need to have better customer service! Over all the stay was good

The room itself was okay, but the bathroom had seen better days. The sink and tub were dirty, and the toilet roll holder was broken, with the handle left on top of the toilet. The room looked outdated and unkempt. I've stayed here a lot happily but this stay I am unsatisfied.

Checked out early. We have stayed here for over a decade. Was really disappointed they now charge for parking, definitely will look at other options in the area.

Quick check in

The hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland so that was nice but so are a not of other hotels. When I booked the website said parking but I didn't realize you had to pay for parking, $23.40 a night. I would have definitely stayed at a different hotel if I realized there was an additional cost for parking since it ended up costing more than other hotels in the area would've cost. A couple of stairwells were also closed off with caution tape. We were also by the road and there were super loud cars driving by all night long. Otherwise it wasn't too bad.

No hot water

Was told room wasn't ready so waited outside for 1hr, front desk was not helpful. Maid came by and said room was ready but office said they didn't get a "call in" so we would have to continue to wait. Once checked in the floor in the room was coming up and created a tripping problem, maintenance came and "Taped" the floor down. There was no shelf's or hanger space for cloths, no counter in bathroom for placing toiletries. Our stay was for two nights when we asked maid for new towels we were told to ask front desk as there is no daily service provided. Machines for snack's was horribly over priced, candy bar $3, Starbuck Frappuccino $5 - ridiculous! would have moved to another property but it was memorial weekend and everything was booked. Would not suggest staying at this Hotel, definitely overpriced.
