少しがっかり The night staff member that checked me in was rude. I waited for him to finish stocking items in their store and he seemed annoyed I was checking in at about 10:30. The hotel does not have elevators, the two rooms and sofa bed was not worth carrying 5 people worth of luggage to the third floor. The staff member was happy to point that out there was no elevators as well. The AC did not work in one of the rooms either. If you are comparing this hotel to another one, don't choose this one.

Breakfast was great. Loved that they gave us a bottle of water each day. Only n native was the freezer in room 1813 was noisy.
Would stay here again!

I would have loved more of a buffet style breakfast like with a bunch of different items to choose from, but it was good. I appreciated it. It was nice and the staff was very nice and polite and very helpful I will definitely go back.

Really impressed with staff here. And the breakfast was so well displayed with great variety. My suite was spacious and impeccable. Will stay again.

Pool was nice. Not getting your room made on a daily basis wasn't what I expected and when they did, they didn't do everything. During the week that I was there, it was only made up twice. Both times they didn't make the bed our take out the garbage only replaced towels.

The room was old looking and the rugs were dirty looking. The couch was stained. I was pretty disappointed since it was rated excellent.
