The room was clean and staff was helpful. We had a rough night due to facing a busy street with loud motorcycles and cars all night long. The property has no control over this, but sleep was difficult, nonetheless.
Our most challenging thing was the low toilet, with no grab bars. My husband has bad knee arthritis. He couldn't use the bathroom in the room. He had to travel quite a distance to use the lobby restroom. That one has grab bars and is higher. This was inconvenient, twice during the night. First, we had requested a roll-in shower room. That room had a super low and squishy mattress. He sat down on it and couldn't stand up, due to how low it was. The staff was well-meaning when they moved us to the other room. If you have joint issues, these rooms prove challenging.

It is off season so the evening bar was closed, and It was understandable. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly at the front desk, and the housekeeping staff were friendly this morning.
