Sadly, this was one of the worst hotels we stayed at during our trip. Our room was so loud- it sounded like a train was running through our room every 30 minutes (light shaking and all)

Lo mejor del hotel es, sin duda, su excelente ubicación. Las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias, y algunas amenidades como el cepillo de dientes y las pantuflas fueron un buen detalle. Sin embargo, la habitación tiene una decoración extremadamente oscura, con colores muy sombríos y solo dos pequeñas ventanas, lo que la hace sentirse poco acogedora. El desayuno fue bastante decepcionante: muy poca variedad de quesos y carnes frías, además de bollería vieja, dura y seca. Otro punto negativo es que el agua para beber solo se ofrece como “cortesía de bienvenida”; aunque te hospedes varios días, no vuelven a proporcionarla a menos que la compres. Al momento del check-out tampoco había personal disponible. Tuvimos que esperar un buen rato y llamar varias veces hasta que finalmente un joven nos atendió. Definitivamente, solo recomendaría este hotel a quienes prioricen exclusivamente la ubicación.

Property is well located in the centre of Milan, close to most of the top attractions. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was awesome. The only issue was the transport -trams and city cleaning equipment that made the hotel vibrate during the night. Our room was on the first floor. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends.

Breakfast was ok( had to ask for coffee, milk etc)Staff polite. Yes to shops. Shower was in our BEDROOM ard to control temps

Breakfast was nice, but if you get there 15 minutes before close it is more limited. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Staff helped me to book airport travel and taxis around town and even change a dinner reservation. Room was comfortable.

Great location and staff.

Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Bed comfort and bed linen were superb. I will definitely be returning.

Location of this gem is perfect. Right off of via Dante without the foot traffic and noise. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, breakfast was superb and staff were awesome.

A good aperitivo served , nice breakfast and the best shower ever.
