Great hotel would definitely stay again!

The location was very accessible for walking

Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had an early arrival to Seattle and the staff was able to get u a in our room before 11am.

Upon arrival to the room there was a very strong smell in the room, like paint. We had to sleep with the AC on and open window on how overwhelming the smell was throughout our stay. Also, we had reserved for 4 people and only had three bath towels.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated as a special guest. Not only was I able to check in before 11 AM, I was upgraded to corner suite after I shared a not so great experience at another property the weekend before. The lovely woman at the front desk upgraded me to make up for that bad experience. She went above and beyond. Very good mattress, I slept like a baby. The breakfast at the fig and the judge was great beautiful breakfast and the staff was so helpful. I will definitely stay at the Renaissance Seattle again.

The staff who was in charge of the luggage was extremely amiable and helpful. The info lady was very friendly.

I was able to check in early and staff was super friendly and helpful from the start. The beds are super comfortable and overall the hotel is kept very clean!
