良い Ran out of coffee. Valet was slow. Elevator out of order. Need guest parking.
Not good value for price. Homeless outside window.

Stephanie and Michael was awesome at the front desk but the guy who checked us out was rude. Our room only got cleaned once out of 7 days- and that is because Stephanie complained for us.
Please tell Stephanie and Michael thanks for everything!! Was nice seeing them when we came back from a long day out.

Clean room. Fantastic staff. Understocked lobby store: I stayed four nights and they never got more toothbrushes. Very limited items. Because Seattle is all hills it’s a pain to walk the half mile to the closest shop.

Very happy with this hotel. Clean, modern and stylish. The bartender at the lounge was so nice, they also have good food - like Spanish tapas/ appetizers-at reasonable prices.

Other than arriving and waiting for 10 min for someone to come to the front desk to check me in the stay was pleasant just wish i had a better view of the city i was facing a vacant lot with a white tent. For it being my first time in Seattle it was ok.

No EV charger despite listing. Very frustrating.
Staff I had to interact with were not rude or unpleasant, but quite unhelpful and did not know much about anything.
