Great location

We loved the esthetics of the hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist advised us of our options for an upgrade and we went with it. We were glad that we did. Thus far, is the the best hotel that we have stayed in in NOLA!

Great location right on bourbon Street

Great experience. Helpful staff

I appreciated the renovated rooms. Good location. What left a bad taste in my mouth was a $35 “destination fee” that translated to a set of coupons on tours and a 2-3 nearby restaurants. I spent less than 12 hours at the hotel and still had to pay that fee.

Good hotel very nice personal

Overall stay was good. They need some TLC to the room floors. Bathrooms outdated. Just some updating would be great. My opinion.

The only problem with my stay was- I believe if you let pets stay, they should be on lease in public areas.

The staff was amazing and professional.

The Hyatt Centric French Quarter delivers on every front. The rate felt like a steal for a hotel this close to the action, tucked right on the edge of the Quarter so you can walk to Bourbon Street, the riverfront, and Jackson Square in minutes without paying premium French Quarter prices. Rooms were noticeably bigger than what you'd expect at this price point, with plenty of space to spread out after a day of walking. Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the linens to the common areas. Between the location, the value, and how well-kept the place is, it's an easy recommendation for anyone visiting New Orleans.
