As a tourist the air conditioning did absolute nothing. It was better to open windows just sadly the street being a busy one is noisy. (Its fine if windows are closed) Another issue was that we had a stranger just walk into our room while we were asleep. The staff were shocked but i felt the reaction and perhaps compensation for such of an event was lacking.

Lovely location with restaurants and transit within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower. Annoying single plug under desk required some switching to make coffee but if that’s the biggest problem you have it’s a good stay!

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. Food at restaurant was not great but the staff was great.

We wouldn't recommend this hotel due to some basic issues. The room is very basic. The pillows are terribly soft and uncomfortable. But the worst thing, as you will see in other reviews is the fact that the air conditioning does not work at all. You might think that's only an issue in the summer, but it was 9 degrees outside and absolutely boiling in the room. You can't open the window because it is incredibly noisy outside. The shower floods everywhere because of a design flaw. Not to mention the fact there is no door on the bathroom. So when you shower, you are completely visible to the whole room. Then there is a flimsy glass door for the toilet. Absolutely no dignity at all. The only saving grace were the staff who were always very helpful.

There’s really not much to complain about. It’s a good hotel in a convenient location. The sauna and fitness center are a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again.

Not the place to go if you’re after sleep: the mattress is solid and the pillows super thin (found out as we left they have a pillow menu and you can ask for a nicer one, unsure why they don’t just put out nice ones anyway??) The room had no hair dryer and when I asked the night guard for one he said they didn’t have one so I had to sleep with wet hair. We booked a room for 2 with breakfast included, but whilst eating were told our booking only permitted breakfast for 1 person and we needed to pay an additional €18 a day for the extra person - unsure if this was an error on my part or a scam, but for some stale bread and warm yoghurt we didn’t eat breakfast there again. Otherwise great central location near 3 u-bahn options and the cleaner was a lovely friendly chap.
