Great courteous staff w/ nice Accomodations & updates . So close to transport too!

Very close to Paddington. Very safe neighborhood. Breakfast worked well for an easy meal to start the day. They also have luggage storage and friendly staff Easy to navigate from Heathrow Airport. The hotel could use some updating but it is in central London. I would stay again .

Staff friendly and breakfast v pleasant. En-suite in 404 could do with some TLC. Similarly, fellow guests on 4th floor were so inconsiderate from 22:30 until 1am, I received no sleep during my stay. Hence, a little TLC on doors and notices reminding guests of typical curfews would be beneficial. Sadly, based on how loud corridors were with guests coming and going, I’ll unlikely return due to fear of not sleeping again.

Great location. Friendly & helpful 24hr reception. Lift was not working for duration on stay. Room was too warm overnight and couldn’t turn off radiator - this was done for me following morning. Was good having breakfast included - simple but still options

Hotel served weiners for breakfast , eggs were cold . A wall in my room was dirty with some sort of dark splatter . Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable.

Hmmm. Where to start. The staff was very friendly and should not be blamed for the condition of the hotel. However, we booked a room with a double bed and a single. It had three small twin beds. And really they had no business putting three beds in that room. We had no place to put our bags. We had to step over them the whole time there. There was a lift but it only went to the third floor. The room was on the fourth floor. The ceiling was so low and slanted that our son, who is 5'10" hit his head at least ten times. There was a small open wardrobe but no drawers of any kind. There was also a general odd smell in the entire place as well. For the amount of money we spent, I would expect just a bit more.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable although somewhat dated. We expected this. Great location and good value for the money.
