First, the staff here was wonderful! Everyone was very kind, friendly, helpful and attentive and the breakfast that was included was delicious. As for the building and room itself, there were a few issues. The floor in the room had several broken pieces that we needed to cover up so they wouldn’t hurt/cut our feet, plus there was a very soft spot by the sliding doors. The electricity for the room was controlled by a single switch, which also controlled the lights right above the bed. So, if you wanted it to be dark to sleep, you had to give up things like the fan (no air conditioning), phone chargers, etc. Finally, the area is clearly up and coming, so the surround sounds of construction started early and were relentless.
