We stayed here many times and we were always happy and liked the clean and friendly staff here. We will come back!

Etter å ha reist rundt i nord og sentral-Vietnam hvor alle hotellansatte har vært kjempevennlige og serviceinnstilte, ble vi veldig skuffet over mottakelsen her. Vi fikk så vidt et hei og ingen informasjon når vi sjekket inn. Rommet var i ganske mye dårligere stand enn på bildet. Det sto også at vi skulle ha balkong i bestillingen, noe vi ikke hadde. Sengen var hard, doen trakk ikke alltid ned og badekaret/dusjen var dårlig vedlikeholdt. Ville ikke bodd her igjen.

We were really early when breakfast was served. They offered us breakfast that we were not entitled to. They showed us the common room to hangout until our room were really. Fortunately, it was really like 5 hrs before it's was purpose. They did ask for more money. We didn't feel like money was a object at all. The place is very clean and really nice.

I was in dalat several times and most of the time I stayed in Lutan This hotel is really beautiful It is dalat in its spirit : quite and cozy Wifi is good Breakfast is enough for whole day not only for morning time Coffee and banana is just there to pick The most amazing things is the yard with ballet chairs to read books or chit chat The most convenient time when it was raining is the time on the 2nd floor where open fire can be set up with cost only 15usd and some sweat potato and corn were served Price is rather low compare to the facility but it is really clean Nice place

Nice hotel, Friendly staff, but the breakfast is not varied. Not house keeping.
