The place needs a major renovation. The floor of our room was squeaky, we were on the top level & we can hear noise from the roof. The pool area is poorly maintained, the deck needs to be replaced, lounge chairs were in bad shape. We ordered in room service. The pasta was undercooked & we were served with a frozen pizza. This comes down to the owner and upper management, nothing to do with the staff as they were amazing & helpful.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful golf course view from the balcony, which was truly amazing and added to the overall experience. However, the balcony had only one chair, whereas two would have been more appropriate. It would also have been helpful if bathrobes and an iron were provided in the room by default. The pools were well maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff were not particularly helpful or attentive, which affected the overall dining experience. While the location was convenient, it was not close to the main city area or popular markets. Additionally, some parts of the property did not appear as clean and well-maintained as expected. Overall, the stay was good. Although there were a few positive aspects, particularly the golf view, good pools, and varied breakfast, the property did not offer great value or leave a particularly memorable impression.

This was our first stop in our stay in Bali. Our experience, from being greeted by the staff, our well-appointed room, to the generous breakfast buffet, and gracious staff, our stay could not be better. Our family had multiple rooms and no one had a complaint. Thank you to all the helpful staff!

The hotel is very beautiful. There is some renovations occurring but once the pool and new gym is complete it will be very beautiful and appealing to more guest. The pool is very beautiful. The current gym needs help but if you don't use the gym on vacation you're not missing anything. Staff was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was good. Variety of food. We highly recommend
