Room was well cleaned every day from house keeping. Service was good, quick and attentive. Only downside was the cleanliness of the lobby bathrooms but that isn’t much of a big deal just something to note. Roof top pool and spa are lovely at night! Overall, highly recommend!

We had high floor room with Hyde Park view. Great view during the day and night

This hotel was a perfect location. Walkable to most everything we wanted to do, but also across the street to the Metro station (and a direct train to the airport). It was clean and felt very safe.

- Improve room standard cleaning - Buy orange for the bar once you sponsor aperitivo from 4 to 6 and you serve a cocktail with no garnish . - support on arrival with luggage

Tired and Old bathroom. Can definitely use a spruce up

Great stay loved the late check out and friendly staff and the view of the park - if I was to knit pick would be great if the bedroom windows were a bit cleaner perhaps they’re due a clean soon and we we were a bit unlucky. Pool and spa is open until 11pm which is a great facility too

Unfortunately as the property was fully booked, We didn't get a room with a bath as advertised. Good central location Lovely rooftop pool

Overall a disappointing stay, largely due to some issues that could have been easily avoided. The pool was advertised as heated but was far too cold to use during winter, and the spa was only half full. Small oversights like missing toothbrushes required a separate request to reception, which felt like a basic miss for a hotel at this level. My biggest frustration, however, was with the room itself. I booked a city view room through Expedia and was given a window that looked directly into the side of an adjacent building. This was not what was advertised and I would never have made the booking had this been disclosed upfront. I would strongly recommend the hotel review how this room type is listed as it is genuinely misleading.
