Service team out the front had amazing service. Room was much more than expected. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Well worth the price.

Good sized rooms, comfy bed, very convenient location, rooftop pool a real bonus. Very quiet rooms at the back.

A very convenient location, I had a very quiet room at the back of the building. Great little outdoor rooftop heated pool with fabulous views over the city and harbour. Friendly and helpful staff, gave a kind welcome.

I love staying at Oaks Hyde Park for the convenient location, great room options which always offer great views as well as the 24 hour reception which is helpful for late arrivals. The prices are reasonable for such a good quality place to stay. It's not always quiet with ambulances etc of a night though.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Perhaps better suited to backpackers who don’t mind grubby, disgusting areas. The carpets throughout the building are blackened and dirty in the hallways. The drain in the shower was clogged, the windows for the room look like they hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS. DO NOT USE THE POOL. The water was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom, and it smelt absolutely awful. The water was milky green, and I told reception that it needed cleaning. There was drilling, banging and construction in an adjoining area until 11pm on Friday night just passed - I got zero sleep. The beds were beyond uncomfortable - where they push the two singles to make a queen (not a king), there was no covering over mattresses underneath to block the edge of both mattresses being jammed into your back, just a single sheet so you can only sleep on one side. Their response to me was “sorry, hope next time is better.” No offer of a partial refund for such a horrible stay. AVOID IT

A great value, well maintained serviced apartment in the heart of the city. Bonus was the rooftop amenities including pool, spa and gym.
