Perfect location, great staff, great price, no complaints!

Convenient and clean and extremely walkable area too many neighborhoods, subways and restaurants nearby. This hotel was spacious for New York at an affordable price. The check-in and out process was quick and they are willing to store your luggage before and after your stay if need be so you don’t have to walk around with your luggage. They have a 24 hour snack and drink area downstairs; although they don’t have ice machines, they do bagged ice in that same area. We didn’t try the bar or breakfast, but it is always a nice option to have inside your hotel. The toiletries in the room were an excellent touch! They were all Dry Bar products. We would recommend and stay here again.

Great location and we were able to check I early.

This hotel is very clean and functional. Another great part is the surrounding Chelsea flower market. Best smelling block in NYC! Staff is friendly, there are nice places to hang out, and ample snack bar. Good spot for tourist families.

Excellent facilities and ideally located.

Second time staying in this exact Aloft. Staff super friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in a King room and a 2 queen room and both were equally nice, though the king room is super small. Good location in Chelsea - right at the 1 train, super close to the R and W and an easy walk to the Q. There is an outside patio area that we always enjoying hanging out in plus a bar inside.

Centrally located in NYC with easy access to the subway and buses. Lots of food options in the area.

Had a great time at this hotel. Location was great! Lots to do around the area. Thank you Tara and Nirvana for great bar service. Loved talking to both of you. Will book here on my next trip.

The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have, the smell good that they use coming in the front door, lobby area was a bit much (if you had asthma, it would be a problem). Our room excellent but only had 1 chair to sit down in, we had room for 4 people. That was quiet annoying.
