Change the entrance so people can easily push up the luggages rather than lift up the luggage through stair.

Basic hotel, clean and very good location

Staff were delightful, and location is super convenient. The room I booked had no window so was a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom was more of a wet room - the shower head was attached to the wall, with no shower doors.

Small room but all we needed. Close to two shopping malls and mrt. Also close to riverwalk

Definitely a budget hotel. The vents were filthy and no hand soap was provided in the bathroom. Staff was very nice.

The location next to Clark’s Quay was perfectly convenient and the staff helpful. Rooms are very small and shower in the toilet arrangement not suitable for most travelers. Trying to dry the floor before using the toilet is not an acceptable arrangement.

The room was cleaned well every day. The hotel is tired and the rooms very small . It was not comfortable to sit in the room for very long. For two people we had to work around our suitcases even though the bed was tight up against the wall. The shower was part of the toilet and sink area but the water was hot and had good pressure. We were given one bath towel and one bath mat. The downstairs lounge was small and people moved in and out very quickly. . The staff was friendly , very helpful and accommodating. There was a breakfast facility next door which served very satisfactory western breakfasts . The air conditioning was reasonable. The location was excellent and the the hotel rate was the attraction. The entrance to the hotel had many steps and it was difficult to maneuver with suitcases although staff and other people off the street helped us with them

The staff was extremely competent and helpful! The room was very small and felt cramped with minimum toilet amenities! The shower stall did not contain the water so the whole toilet area was covered in water! A simple ledge to contain the shower water is all that was neede! The bed was comfortable so that was a plus!

Breakfast was good

Nice air con good location. Nice staff at front reception made me a swan towel on bed
