Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. The rooms were perfectly clean, staff were super friendly, and gym equipment was fixed quickly when I informed them. I loved the convenient breakfast and dinner package. Adding a sauna or steam room would make it perfect! Dinner was inconsistent. My first night with Michael was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive and set the standard for excellent service; he definitely deserves a raise! Sadly, the final night fell short. Despite multiple servers, they were inattentive, and I had to get up to request a drink. The salad that night was also much too salty. The staff overall are wonderful, but for breakfast, I suggest better options for dietary requirements. The menu is very meat-heavy with beef, pork, or chicken in almost everything. It would be amazing to see vegan and vegetarian choices like tofu, roasted potatoes, or vegetable salad rolls. Expanding the drink menu to include sparkling (Perrier) water and fresh-squeezed juices at the bar and breakfast would also be a fantastic touch. Thank you to the team, and especially Michael, for a lovely stay!

Spacious and room in good condition

Grand K hotel is above residential apartments, so the rooms are high up. It is not a bad hotel just a bit distant in the new business district. But then Hanoi is spread out so takes more time to get to places than say Saigon and Danang. Lucky Grab was cheap for us. We had 3 in a 2-bedroom suite. Spacious enough with 2 baths and small living with kitchen. Brekky buffet had a good spread. Pool is indoor at the top floor next to the sky lounge/bar so has nice birds eye view of the city. There is a convenience store Golden Mart in the same building so a definite plus. Hotel staff were friendly enough without being extraordinary except for one...our favourite concierge Thang. Always smiling, always chatty, always welcoming. People person. Big shout out to him. If you don't mind Grabbing this is a pretty good choice.

Clean rooms, good breakfast

Wonderful modern hotel. Lovely rooms with a machine machine and scale. Amazing pool!

The HVAC was not functioning properly. Staff were not very helpful. The only one restaurant was terrible in service and food. Location is not convenient. The Best thing about the entire Jr Suite was the laundry room with the W/D combination unit, sink, and toilet all in one. It was the most useful plus for our stays.

Amazing , Amazing, Amazing - did not want to leave . We booked a junior suite which was outstanding . It was more like an apartment with its own kitchen area , utility room with a 2nd toilet, living room , separate bedroom and bathroom. It also had a nice little balcony - which had great views being on the 37th floor , very modern , spacious building with 4 lifts . Reception is on 32nd floor and it has an amazing restaurant with excellent food. Roof top indoor gym and heated swimming pool . The staff were all amazing and very helpful 10/10 .
