少しがっかり I did not like the atmosphere, I had to use the washroom as soon as I parked and there was nothing available until I checked in. There was a lot of long-term tenants in the area and lots of noise amongst the apartments. It's the first time I've ever had to put the chain on and deadbolt to feel like I was safe and I've left all across Canada and downtown Toronto

最高 On arrival ample on site parking was stress free. Friendly and efficient check-in. Accommodation exactly as described with full size under-counter fridge and microwave oven. Simple bagged breakfast with unlimited coffee was fine. Not too noisy from main road. Good air-con if needed.

良い Excellent location. Walkable to some attractions. Room ok, a bit outdated but clean linen. Reception, one person seemed well informed but other staff members were not up to par. Parking lot in poor condition. Dining room closed. Breakfast was a bag with yogourt, muffin, juice. Coffee was available at reception and in the room.

It was super clean and okay. But my reservation online didn’t work when I showed up (i booked a month in advance for 2 queen beds).
It caused me a lot of stress and it unfortunately my experience with this app a little skeptic :( Thankfully my partner and my best friend were there to help!

We stayed 1 night,it's 15-20 min walking to downtown Ottowa. Staff was helpful,our room was clean but hallway carpet wasn't clean enough,parking was good,continental breakfast was weak. The room price was reasonable,not expensive comparing to others.

少しがっかり The hotel has good facilities; however, be careful with double charges. I was charged twice for the same night’s stay, and despite spending months trying to get a refund, I still haven’t received it. The hotel has shown very little interest in resolving the issue. I recommend checking your credit card statement carefully after your stay.
